Story
Sarah suffered birth trauma, which resulted in severe cerebral palsy. She spends her waking hours in a bespoke moulded seat, and has no speech. Despite this, she has an immense sense of fun and humour, has always enjoyed interaction with those around her, and has been popular with her peers and carers. She has been to West Coast USA, France, Portugal, and has achieved assisted absailing, potholing, outrigger canoeing, and has been to the top of the Eiffel Tower (and more recently, and more sedately, The Spinnaker Tower). She has enjoyed and maintained robust good health.
Now, at the age of 51, a lump which appeared a few weeks ago has been confirmed as cancerous. After overcoming the initial shock, she is now again her irrepressible self. Her bucket list is in sharp focus, and she is currently well enough for it to be lengthening. Knowing her, it is quite possible that she may share any donation with her friends. Please give generously.
