On the 16th of December Reuben Morris, Will Skinner and I will be going to Paris for a week to volunteer with an organization called ‘Paris Refugee Ground Support.’ This organization is responsible for distributing supplies such as sleeping bags, blankets, tents and food to the homeless refugees sleeping on the streets of Paris. During our week with Paris Refugee Ground Support we will be making a video to raise awareness of the situation, and how Paris Refugee Ground Support are helping. We have set up a go fund me, and would like to ask for donations of any size, all of which will go straight to Paris Refugee Ground Support, and will in no way fund our trip. Please donate anything you can, as it will make a real difference to the refugees sleeping on the cold streets of Paris this Christmas. This trip is inspired by the two weeks spent in Calais, where we learnt of how the homeless refugees are treated by the police, often having their tents slashed, shoes and sleeping bags stolen, as well as being tear gassed.
