On the 2nd of September I am doing the Man vs Mountain Challenge with my brother. This legendary mountain adventure race starts at sea level in the stunning Caernarfon Castle and weaves its way to the summit of Snowdon and down the other side into Dinorwic Quarry where they’ve thrown in an array of punishing obstacles, including the infamous Vertical Kilometre. All together coming to 23 miles.

Money raised will go to the 'Team Alfred' cause. Alfred, was diagnosed with 'Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy' due to an injury sustained at birth. This means that the big physical milestones of crawling, standing and walking will prove a real challenge for him in the future.

All money raised will be split jointly between a Charity called 'STEPS' and a fund for Alfred's special needs. The 'Steps Conductive Education Centre' (https://www.stepscentre.org.uk) is a Registered Charity based in Shepshed, Nr Loughborough. It does so much to help the individuals & families affected by conditions similar to those of Alfred.
