Story
My grandmother suffered a heart disease some years ago. The support of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service in the then Rhondda NHS Trust (now Cwm Taf UHB) helped her with the practical support needed to live with the condition. The service also provides great support and networks to meet others in the same position. My grandmother passed away on 28th February 2018, the service helped her live a full and active life after her initial heart attack in 1995. RIP Gran. Please give generously to support others to live the same full and active life after being diagnosed with heart disease.
