so teddy is being dewormed. he is in perfect health and back on his feet and is learning to play again! He's like a puppy trapped inside an old dogs body at times :) such a very cute dog. We are happy to say, although his original owner never came forward, he has been found a new home as unfortunately we just aren't in a position to have a dog at the moment. He is within the family still so we will get to see him all the time :) and know he will be loved and looked after well. thank you all for the generous support in giving him a second chance

so we have finally heard back off the dog warden. They have served us a notice that teddy is within our custody for 30 days since the date we found him. If the owner comes forward then by law we must hand him back (even though the poor little pooch hasn't been well kept and potentially mistreated from what the vet thinks) but if noone comes forward then we must decide what happens with him. At the moment we are considering him becoming an addition to our family because he has settled and poor poppet doesn't deserve to be uprooted once again.

good news for teddy his last day of tablets ^^ his wound is all clean and not filling up anymore! he has been on a 20 minute walk without limping too. Such a fantastic recovery. his teeth are starting to become whiter with the cleaning we do each night but he is mossing a few poor old boy. He has settled in really well and is the gentlest animal we have rescued yet. we want to thank everyone for their donations and kind support that is enabling us to give him a second chance <3 he deserves it.
