Hello I hope everybody is very well. I am not used to asking people for help so please bare with me. I am Sam and I am 30 years old and I am a disabled man I will go into that further in this statement .I live alone in a council bungalow with my 2 dogs I am very unwell first of all I had rheumatoid arthritis in all my joints when I was homeless then I got bi lateral dvts in both legs several times then one day I was having a wash in my bathroom I was having a wash at the sink I had a fit and fell backwards over the side of the bath and broke my back T6 vertebrae and sturnum I went to the hospital and they could not find it I went to a back clinic 9 months later as I was parylized down my left hand aide and was having cracks from my sternum when I moved and the nurse at the back clinic heard it she looked at me worried she sent me for an MRI scan the next day which was a Saturday I had the scan and had broken my back and sternum so had a broken back for 9 months and not known they missed it then I got pneumonia and blood poisoning then last Christmas I had an aneurysm and had to have the artery's removed from my legs so I find it so tough to walk I can take a few steps with my crutches but that is all I relied on my old mobility scooter for everything I am totally immobile without one I've had the old scooter for 5 years it has done atleast 2000 miles easy I've changed the wheels twice because one fell off it got so bald ;-) its moved me house twice lol no I'm not joking it has been a loyal friend but its finally given up the ghost she did me proud to last that long I am in trouble without a scooter and a very good friend if mine suggested I try a charity for much needed help I am very greatful for your kind support and generosity I don't know what I'd do without it .I don't really like asking people for help I'm the kind of person to grin and bare it like everything is ok even when it is not which I'm told is silly I don't like putting people out I'm too proud
