My name is Sam I'm currently a student and have been fortunate enough to go to Africa and volunteer there in 2018. I have never been fortunate enough to do something this worthwhile as I've never been given an opportunity to, however when I did I grasped the opportunity with both hands. While working in Africa some of the Work I will be doing includes:

Construction work to build houses, classrooms, bathroom blocks etc. within Khula village

Wildlife conservation efforts in local sanctuaries in the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park and Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park

Helping with education programs in local primary and pre-schools.

This work is crucial as I will be helping rare and endangered animals with breeding and other conservation methods, one of the reasons I wanted to go Africa to help these animals is because they are in a free and natural environment its not a artificial environment such as a zoo. I will also be working in local schools and villages building sanitary blocks such as toilets and Biodegradable cesspits as if not it runs into the local water supply.

Anyone who supports me will also be helping the local people of these African communities (as schools and sanitary features are vital to a better life). If I manage to get to South Africa it will be down to the people that have donated and sponsored me .This support is greatly appreciated and I will work to the best of my ability as I know so many people have given their hard earned money to support me.
