Dean has been given the opportunity to realise his dream, a once in a lifetime adventure. Durham County Explorer's have been given the chance to provide the full crew for the Norway to Holland leg of the 2018 Tall Ships race, sailing aboard the James Cook. They need to raise approx £10,000 for transport to Norway, a place in the Tall Ships team and transport back from Holland. The race will take place 28th July - 5th August.

He will be doing various activites to raise funds such as abseiling from Tees Transporter Bridge, Hiking, Bag Packing etc.
