Scott Drummond, of Hawick, caught Covid in January 2021, and his stay in hospital was for over six months. Scott who is 52, has had to learn how to speak again and is confined to a wheelchair with limited movement. He is extremely grateful to the staff in ITU who saved his life. There were times when his wife Susan and their children, were told to prepare for the worst. Each time Scott fought against the odds.

I would like to help Scott receive much needed physio at home.

Scott is now at home, surrounded by the love of his family. He has limited movement and I would like Scott to receive therapeutic neuro physio at home. I want to give him hope that life may change for the better and one day he will hold his family in his arms and hold their hands, this is something Scott is currently unable to do.
