My lovely nephew, who has worked hard all his life, has ended up wheelchair bound with a terminal illness, lost lonely and scared.
He contacted me to let me know he was terminal, and would I see him.
I havnt seen him for a few years, as I have been looking after my two brothers through cancer, in which they both passed away, so getting back in touch with my nephew was lovely.
I was shocked to hear, his closest family who I thought would be caring for him, have disowned him, and don't see him or make contact, to which he is devastated.
He is struggling under the weight of no job, carnt pay bills , and scared of his diagnosis.
I am trying to help, with limited funds, but so want to give him peace of mind.
please help if you can, I don't know if this posting will help in anyway, but I am doing what I can.
He has never claimed any type of benefit till he was diagnosed and wheelchair bound, and is a proud man, who sits in his house all day with his dog, and doesn't have any disabled changes to his home so is trapped.
