Sponsored Lift-a-thon
The Sandwell Steelers Women's Team are an amateur community American Football team based in the Black Country that compete in the National Sapphire Series run by BAFA in the UK.
To help us in the upcoming 2018/19 season, we are raising funds for our team by taking part in a sponsored lift-a-thon on the 27th August at Primal Performance. The girls will work in pairs over a two hour time slot to lift as much weight as physically possible and record the results.
20% of the funds raised will be donated to the Club's charity partner, The Buddy Bag Foundation.

6 years agoEleven of the team took part in today's lift-a-thon and collectively lifted over 143 tonnes! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Thank-you so much to everyone who has supported us for this event to help us start our season in the best position possible. It means a lot to the whole team 💛🖤
