Story
Baby Basics Oldbury helps some of the most vulnerable mothers and new born babies in our area. We provide starter packs for mothers who are leaving hostpital with a new born baby and have nothing for the baby.
Our starter pack usualy consists of a Moses Basket filled with essentials for the baby such as nappies,clothes and toiletres plus bedding for the basket and also so treets for mom.
Although this picture is of basket 105 Baby Basics Oldbury just sent out starter pack number 333 and this has all been done since June 2016.
To do this Santa Dave will be having his hair and beard shaved off at a fund raising event being held st Warley Baptist Church on the 4th April 2018.

6 years agoWell it’s only 3 weeks now till the big day and the Birmingham Mail came yesterday to do a story and take photographs so there’s no turning back now. I just hope it doesn’t snow as I’ve had my beard that long I’ll freeze but oh well it’s for a great cause so on we go 😱😱
