Hi, my name is Saon Ramji, I'm 14 years old. In 2018, I am participating in an exciting yet challenging expedition with Camps International, who are an organisation helping UK and International underprivileged schools and communities. Therefore I am raising money for a school trip to Tanzania via Camps International.
In Tanzania 40% people lie below the poverty line, nearly half of the population lie on less then $1 a day and the average life expectancy is just 55 years.This trip will help with education, housing, healthcare,sanitation, food, water,security, environmental protection and sustainable livelihood. To do this we will be working around their local schools trying to change their lives as well as learning the local culture and customs.
My request to you is to help me reach my target of £3960 which will help fund this trip (please note this is not a holiday but a challenge and expedition in ways of raising money in every which way to portray ability of setting goals without the help of parents paying it outright, as that demonstrates no effort at all).
I will do my upmost to set myself different fundraising challenges, voluntary work & support from my parents to raise as much funds, but due to my age, I am restricted to certain events.
