On the 3rd of november 2016 we had the devastating news the head off the family our mum our queenie had lung cancer sadly the doctors could not offer my mum any treatment as her health wasnt the best.On the 28th april 2017 sadly our queenie lost the fight against cancer!!since then us as a family have kept strong and support one another! Then on the 17th august 2017 we found out our eldest brother john had excatly the same lung cancer as my mum stage 4 carcinomia tumour! again as a family we said we will get through this you r only 52yrs old surely there is something they can do??2 weeks later myself john and his wife mandy went to see the oncologist who explain johns tumour was on the valve off the lung and it has thrown off meths small cancer cells all over both lungs,the doctor explain they can offer john chemotheraoy and radiotheraoy but this was only to prolong his life!!us as a family are devasted we have only just lost our mum we dont want to lose our eldest brother!! john wynne is 52 yrs old who is married has children and grandchildren,2 brother and 5 sisters a loving family to support him through it all!!! now his eldest daughter leah is on a race against time to arrange a wedding she wants nothing more than her dad john to walk her down the ailse and be part off her big day!! we are fundraising so we can try alternative treatmentsfor him we will do what ever we can save our brother,husband, father and grandfather.

To give john the best chance of a longer and better health,he has been exploring other treatments,which include immunotherapies,stem cells therapy,cryotherapy,targeted chemotherapy,nonevasive radiation,reginoal and whole body hyperthermia,proton therapy and many others.certain treatments will depend on the outcome off the funding raised.The cost off johns treatment is detailed below.We are aiming to raise around £60.000 in the first instance to coover the cost off the first cycle of treatment which includes 9 months after home care plan.additional cost that could be incurred include scans,ultrasound,surgeries,blood transfusion x-rays and lab work.

We see this as the best opportunity for john to live a longer life in better health and see his grandchilren grown up and to give him the chance to walk his daughter down the aisle .we are extremly grateful for the ongoing support of friends and family and any donations kindly pledge to help..We are also very thankful for anyone else who is able to make any contribution, of any size to help us undertake this vital treatment to prolong our wonderful brother, husband and loving father and grandfather life
