The boys from the Saracens Amateur Rugby Football Club's U17 squad are raising money for their rugby tour to California in April 2018 where they will be playing the Rhinos Academy (www.rhinosrugbyacademy.com) in LA, San Francisco and Sacramento.

This will be the pinnacle of the boys' time with the minis & youth section where some boys have been playing since the age of 7.

While the club shares the same name and values of the professional club, we are very much the amateur and community team, with no direct financial support from Saracens professionals or its sponsors. The squad comprises boys from all over Greater London and from a variety of social backgrounds, giving a rich diversity to the team. We are keen to ensure all boys can participate in the tour regardless of their ability to pay. Therefore as a non-profit making amateur team, we wish to raise as much as we are able to help fund the tour cost, which costs approximately £2,000 per boy.

To help achieve this we are running a number of fundraising activities, from sponsored runs to fundraising evenings, as well as encouraging donations.
