Running has been a big passion of mine for over 10 years! It has helped me over come depression and control anxiety but that is only the beginning.

I have chosen to run the Bath half on Sunday 4th March 2018 (hopefully not after a night shift, must remember to book it off ;-)) for the Ted‘s Team at the RUH forever friends fundraising charity, to raise money for patients and thier families who can all benefit from the extra funding for equipment and enhanced provisions making the services we provide even better!

I am super proud working for the RUH and the NHS and I want to do my bit by running 13.1 miles. I have pledged to raise over £175. Training starts now as there is only 13 weeks to go. This means, we’ll be training throughout the dark, cold and rainy winter days and nights. Some of us with buggies in tow- think of the children! Please donate - however big or small it all helps make a massive difference.
