My beautiful daughter Isla was diagnosed with a brain tumour in December, surgery has now been completed and she is doing ok... she will however live with a life long condition.. it has been both frightening and extremely worrying for my family. The neurosurgeons and endocrinologists at Sheffield Childrens Hospital were incredible in their support and care that they showed us and will continue to show Isla throughout her life and I have no doubt will be just as wonderful when she becomes an adult.
To give back I will be doing The Great North Run in September to raise
money for the Neurosurgical Department and Endocrinology Department.

When something so difficult happens to your child you look to do anything to try and repay them for saving her and thank them and help other families who may find themselves in the situation we did as a family.
