Story

The 25th May 2018 would have been Sarah's 50th Birthday, sadly we lost her in 2005 to Cancer aged just 37. As we are unable to celebrate it together, her young nephews Connor, Kane and Kian wanted to do something different... They want everyone who knew her and are willing... to donate 50p the price of a Birthday Card to their chosen Charities... two very different groups but both very close to Sarah's heart.

We have chosen Pride Cymru (LGBT+) and Synergy Wales (Learning Disabilities)

So whatever funds are raised will be split 50/50 between the two.

Please watch the video, the photos are very close and personal and we wanted to share them with you.

We miss her so much... this we hope will be a real celebration of the special person she was.

Sarah was so special. When I picture her I just feel warmth and her bloody good sense of humour. Seeing nana in that video reminds me of all we have lost as a family. Special ladies ♥️.
