Story
I'm on a journey to loose weight as I have arthritis.i joined a local slimming group and have manage to loose a couple of stone .This group has helped me . I want to help others .so on 31st August myself and a group of fellow slimmers are going to walk for cancer .At riverside park southampton .I would like 20,000 steps .But if i achieve some of that it will build my confidence .
