To cut an extremely long journey short, I’ve spent the last few months in firstly St. Peter’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and now at SCBU at the Princess Royal Hospital with my extremely premature twins! I can’t begin to explain the difference in equipment/facilities between the two neonatal intensive care units 😔! we finally have on trial for a week a much needed reclining chair that specifically supports parents in kangaroo cuddles with their premature babies, that PRH were missing!

We are now looking for any local business/charities that may be willing to donate/sponsor the unit in getting more of these invaluable chairs!

I can’t begin to tell you from personal experience what a difference these chairs really make!
