Chile is suffering the worst wildfires in history. Over 70 wildfires, over 650,000 acres have been burned to the ground, over 1,000 houses and thousands of native flora and fauna are dying because of the fires. Our firefighters are volunteers, they risk their lives for the love of our country and have suffered several losses due to the fires.

The Chilean Society of the University of Edinburgh is organizing this fundraising to send all the collected funds to rebuild the affected zones and supply the items people lost in the wildfires.

The money we gather will be added to the amount raised from all of the Chilean Societies in the U.K.. The destination of the institution to help will be decided in a future assembly to look for the one that needs it the most.
