    Story

Halwill Parish Church has been there for over 1700years. However unless the crack running the full height of tower is urgently repaired the church and the churchyard will have to be closed.

The total cost to repair this grade II* building is estimated to be £290,000. The Heritage Lottery Fund and other sources have promised £271,000 but the church needs to match this with £19,000 by June 2017 or it will loose this funding.

All monies will only go to saving this lovely building.
