Story
Sandwich is in danger of losing our church bells, DDC has issued a noise abatement order to lower the level or stop the chimes between 11pm - 7am.
The best solution is to muffle the bells at a cost of £4,000. this equipment will ensure the chimes continue to ring out, within the legal limits. please chip in!
