Jordan has struggled with his home life and living situations all his life, he had been promised a room in a house by a very kind lady but hasn't been able to pay her the rent, as the job center keep giving excuses to not help him, he's been all over the U.K. Looking for a home for years, I've fallen in love with him and he stays with me most of the time, but my parents don't like it and it's not fair, he deserves a place to live, he's never had a permanent home, hopefully a months rent should help, just until the job center decide to help us themselves, any small change helps

Basically what happened with the job center was he was on universal credit, he found the woman to rent a room off and sorted a rent agreement document with her, sorted everything with the job center and posted it, rang them back multiple times for up to 2 weeks later, nothing, it had been "lost", we sent a second one, waited another week or two and then they had the excuse it wasn't signed because we had apparently forgot, so we brought in a new one into the center, signed and ready, they promised the money would be in yesterday, it wasn't. They won't help us over the phone and he didn't even get his universal credit either because they merged it with the housing benefit. They are ruining his life and we are desperate for help, thank you for reading.
