Hey guys, it's that time of year where me and a few close friends start our training for the 5k annual swim of the river yealm! This year I would love to with your help and support try and send our mate Oliver McKay somewhere special so he can finally witness snow. Olly is a family friend who is one of the most bravest and joyful souls I have ever meet. He brings joy and happiness to all that meet him. If your from Plymouth and you read the local herald you will all know that Olly has written a small bucket list, one of these is to see, feel and even play with real snow. With all of your help and support over the next couple of months myself and a few close friends will be swimming a lot of miles to help send this super hero to lap land. The swim will take place on Saturday the 2nd of September from the sand bar of the river Yealm all the way down to the ship, around the key and finished off at the slip in Newton ferrers.
