Many of my family and friends think I consume way too much alcohol for my own good so I have decided to take a month out and not intake ANY alcoholic product to give my body time to detoxify itself (often said I am full of sh*t). I will be starting on 2nd January to 2nd February.

While doing this my girlfriend Anjii and good friend Joanne suggested making some money towards a charitable organisation. So I have decided to try raise a few pounds (and loose a few body pounds) towards a very worthwhile cause which is St Gemmas Hospice in Moortown, Leeds. The hospice is very close to our hearts after the nursing staff taking very good care of some of our loved ones during their latter stages in life. They do a fantastic job and any money raised will be helping towards the care of future patients and relatives alike as they also provide fantastic after care for the loved ones left behind dealing with grief.

Please dig deep and donate ANY amount no matter how small as it ALL adds up.

I'm doing this for my own health and for the wonderful charity which is St Gemmas Hospice.
