I am running 10k to raise money for our local school. This may not seem a great distance to some but I have never run this far before and am not a natural born runner! Charing Primary School is based in the village of Charing in Kent and has just over 100 pupils between the ages of 3-11yrs and aims to unlock every child’s ability to achieve beyond his/her expectations. It is doing a great job but all children face challenging times in life and being able to have resources to help children through these times are so important for their long-term mental health and wellbeing. The money will go to the PTFA to enable them to support the school to achieve this.
