Story
My name is sean gregory, i served in the British Army between 2003 and 2013. I met alot of people and dont think i could ever meet friends again who i would label as brothers. Unfortunately a high number had lost their lives and never returned home.
4 of them in particular who i was very close to had young children, these poor souls will obviously have to live the rest of their lives only having memories of there dads.
I was always a bit of a fitness fanatic in my younger years and throughout my military career, since i left the forces i feel i live my life without purpose i also havent kept up with much fitness so this is a huge mental and physical challenge for me.
In around 6 months time i will be attempting a monumental run/walk of around 130 miles in total, starting from Wrexham (N.Wales) and finishing in Swansea (S.Wales) in the hope of raising enough money to make a difference to the fallen soldiers childrens lives.
I will be assisted, encouraged and followed by a very close friend of mine ( Lyndon Barton ) on a pushbike he will be carrying all our essential kit and equipment needed for the event, we grew up together from a young age and joined the army together.
I think giving is such a wonderful thing and if this website, myself and all you wonderful people could raise enough to send the children on a holiday id feel like i have achieved something in life with a magnificent purpose.
Thank you all very much.

Sean, this is a great and selfless thing. I’m glad you’ve put all those difficult thoughts while driving, toward doing something so generous for those 10 kids who lost their dads. Well done!

An amazing cause! Dan's children are in school with my kids. We were heart broken at the news that they no longer have their dad around. I hope the word spreads and everyone can dig deep for the kids.
