Story
On the 11th of June 2017 my wee man Liam became very seriously unwell and was transferred to the intensive care ward in the Royal where he was eventually diagnosed with meningococcal meningitis with septecemia. Liam spent 6 days in ICU, four of these where on a ventilator. This was without a doubt the toughest time of our lives, but the staff and the Royal where utterly amazing, they showed such care and compassion to us all. Ultimately they saved Liams life and gave him back to us. I will be forever grateful and feel that I would like to give something back.. . Thank u just doesn't seem enough.
