Only 2 weeks to go now to the London marathon... 23 degrees in London today, I'm not sure how I could run 26.2 miles in those conditions! Ran 19kms this morning and it wasn't easy! First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who has sponsored me so far! You guys have been very generous! With T -39 days to go until the London marathon, I'm feeling my preparations are going reasonably well. Over the past month I've completed my first half marathon in 1 hr 34 mins, and I've stretched out my longest run to 28km... Having said that I'm looking forward not having to do the 2 hours plus weekend runs post April 23rd! For those of you that have still to sponsor me, there's still time! Hi All, My London marathon training is going going as well as can be expected with a new born! I'm still managing to get out 3 times a week. According to Strava, my average kilometres per week is 43.9 km (for the past 4 weeks). I've just ran my furthest distance today - 25.5 km. To say I'm stiff is an under statement!! Not long now until April 23rd.... I'd like to thank everyone that has donated money so far. For those of you who haven't got round to it, get the finger out!! Any donation big or small will be much appreciated!
