Sean needs to fund his right to remain visa so he can stay with his fiancee and 2.5yr old Son.
We have set up a crowd funding page as Seans current visa runs out in March 2018 and we have no other options left other than having our family ripped apart.
In February Sean has lived in the UK for 14 years. All of his working career he has paid taxes and has recieved no help due to his current visa having no recourse to public funds.
The money will go towards funding Seans visa application for the right to remain in the UK and to pass the necessary exams.
Sean fully provides for the family. He pays for all of their needs. They sold their second car in order to save money and his fiance works on his days off to save money on childcare fees.
Sean came to the UK as a dependant to his parents along with his younger sister in 2004. They fled Zimbabwe in search of a safer life. Seans Great Grandmother was British and lived not far from where we live now. Due to having ancestry to the country Seans parents were granted their visa.
Sean has been granted several visas at a huge cost to him and his family. He was refused limited leave to remain on his last application but was granted a two year extension which runs out March 2018. This whole process has cost over £10,000 to date and left Sean in position where he cannot get any help from a bank and it is totally impossible to save up. After being in the country for such a long time, Sean has made many friends and his closest family all live in the UK too. He has also met and started a family with his partner.
