I will be running the Tough Mudder 5k challenge in Manchester on August 11th with friends and colleagues from work at the wincanton screwfix distribution center in stoke. Haven't trained and only recently got signed off physio due to a broke wrist but i know i will get over that finish line with the money going to the works 3 chosen charities.
The donations that I receive will be split across 3 charities:

City Dogs Home - Rescuing, re-homing and adopting every breed of dogs within the Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire and West Midlands area

The Chelsea Burley Trust - A charity set up to raise awareness of brain tumours, giving patients the opportunity to have fun days out, and making the oncology room and ward a more comfortable place to be.

Freespirits Daycare Centre - A day centre in Staffordshire who specialise in community support services and social care services.
