On June 23rd 2018 Sharon, Tracey and Ray are taking part in The Fan Dance. A gruelling 24km(15 miles) SAS selection march staged across Brecon Beacons to raise money for The Amman Valley Day Surgical Unit - AMD Clinic in Ammanford.

Age- related Macular Degeneration (AMD) is a medical condition which results in the loss of central vision and makes it hard to recognise faces, drive, read or do any of the normal activities which we take for granted in our everyday lives. AMD is the 4th most common cause of blindness. This cause is very dear to Sharon's heart as her lovely mum suffers from AMD.
