Story
On May 19th i will be running my first 5k, this may not seem like much to the runners of the world however i am not a natural born runner and i will be fighting my way through it! This is nothing compared to the fight both my mum and dad have faced this year by both being diagnosed with cancer. Due to the fantastic care given by Royal Derby Hospital Radiotherapy Department they are both out the other side and ready to finally start enjoying retirement together.
Royal Derby Hospital Radiotherapy Department can treat up to 50 patients a day, helping, supporting and giving extra time with family friends. Please if you could spare just £1 they can buy more equipment to help more families kick cancers butt!
