Story
On the 16th August '25, Me, Sarah & Izi will be amongst the first ever people to abseil down St Edmundsbury Cathedral in Suffolk to raise money for East Anglia Children's Hospice and The WWOX Foundation... two charities extremely important to us and who continue to support Theo following his diagnosis of WOREE Syndrome.
About how EACH helps Theo:
Theo enjoys monthly music therapy sessions at the centre in Cambridge, exploring different instruments, sounds and songs. He also benefits from Hydrotherapy sessions with a physiotherapist as well as adhoc overnight stays where the care-staff are simply incredible with him.
EACH also hold many one-off events such as Christmas light trails and Fairy wand making workshops, both of which Tilly has enjoyed too (whilst also meeting other siblings in similar circumstances). These memories created as a family are priceless.
About the WWOX Foundation:
The WWOX Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to promoting community awareness of WWOX-related syndromes and supporting scientific research that aims to develop effective treatments and ultimately cure the syndromes.
