Story
I am raising £400 to £200 will go to Bowel Cancer Research & £200 will go to Ovarian Cancer Research. Proceeds will be evenly split between the two charity’s.
I have been growing my hair since my mother’s passing two years ago as my daughter’s wedding was coming up. But now I want all of off in aid of the two charities I support that have affected my family.
I was diagnosed with MS in 1974 (42 years ago) and as I cannot take part in charity runs or walks, this is MY way of raising money.
My fundraising manager has arranged with The Alloa Advertiser to do a piece on this at the end of October with a date of the 7th November for the shave.
I hope you can support me in my attempt to raise money for these two worthy charities.
By the way the hair is going to little princes & princesses wig charity hence no more hair dying.
