My name is Shelby Morrison and I am a local aspiring athlete. I have already represented Scotland for running on 5 occasions and my dream is to continue to do this in the Commonwealth and hopefully represent Team GB and perhaps make it to the Olympics one day.

My talents have been recognised and I have been chosen to complete a scholarship at one of the top five universities in America which I am due to leave for at the end of the month. This is not a fully funded scholarship and I am having to fund part of this myself. As a child of a widowed parent I am looking to raise funds to allow me to travel and live in America to enable me to achieve my dream. Any assistance you could offer me would be greatly appreciated.
