Im running the cardiff half marathon on sunday 1st october to raise much needed funds for my nephew geraint , many of you know his story now for those that dont , at eleven years old Geraint suffered a near fatal Asthma attack that has left him with brain damage and he doesnt go a day without going through painful spasms, he does continue to amaze us with his determination at physio ect i am running as part of #Teamgeraint to raise as much as we can to help with much needed future treatment and equipment any donations will help , from thebottom of our hearts Thank you all for your continued support
