SHINE Health Academy is a non for profit organisation that helps and supports children, young people and their families to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

SHINE is not just a weight management programme. The programme looks closely at emotional health and wellbeing. SHINE helps to raise self-esteem and has helped so many children over the years.

SHINE is staffed by volunteers and without ongoing funding the programme is at risk of closing down. Fortunately, Children in Need have continued to fund the programme in the short term. I would like to continue to raise money to support the future of SHINE.
