    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

    Story

Please help raise money to help this family of 3 (Mum, Dad who is disabled as a result as an injury through his work as a paramedic and teenage son) to rebuild their home and to replace everything in it that would have been damaged from the smoke! Below is a post from Nicola's own Facebook page.

"So those of you who followed our journey for nearly 3yrs as we coped with the fallout from our storm flooding can now follow our journey as we rebuild again for the 2nd time! Devastated doesn't even begin to describe how we feel right now 😢😢"

So if you could help this family in this desperate time that would be amazing. Thank you for reading this just giving page.

Message from the family "Hi, just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been so kind to donate. We are blown away by the generosity of friends and strangers alike. Just knowing that people care has in itself helped us through the dark days. We are devastated for our 14yr old son who has lost his home for the 2nd time within 4yrs!!! It's just so unbelievable. But your donations will help us to put together a temporary home for the next year whilst we wait for our home to be rebuilt.

A message from Nicolas Facebook, such a positive attitude. I am so proud of them all xx "Just wanted to say we are all ok. Thank you for all your kind messages of support ♥ Grieving over! Life's too short! This is a new day, a new month even, the sun is shining and we are making plans for our future not dwelling on the past. It's a bit of an enormous task to get our heads around but bit by bit we will move forwards xxx"
