Story
In 2020 Shieldfield Art Works lost its core funding stream for the staffing and resourcing of our programme which brings together art, theology and community activism in Shieldfield, Newcastle.
Through this JustGiving page plus a combination of grants and individual donations, we have thankfully raised sufficient funds to continue all of our activity at least until August 2021, and we now also have funding pledged which will support work on our community garden into 2022. Our future beyond this however is still uncertain. Your support will give SAW security and stability to continue all of our activities throughout all of 2021 and ensure continued flourishing of all our work.
