This man needs to have an operation to insert a plastic heart instead of his dying one. We need 30000 dollars still so that he can undergo the operation. Please we are begging any amount will help .. its very urgent as the doctors are saying this operation should happen as soon as possible !!! Please please from a broken heart help us help him
