Story
Following the success of the last 5 years, in which we have donated over 15,000 gifts in Sheffield alone, I feel that it is now time to take the Homeless Shoe Box Appeal to the next level and become a registered charity.
We aim to provide ongoing support to existing organisations in the citties where appeals are run throughout the year (because after all, homelessness is not just at Christmas) and also to set up initiatives that provide help, support and breathing space to those who are experiencing or transitioning out of homelessness.
In order to be a registered charity with the Charity Commission, we need to raise £5,000 to get us started...and this is where I need you.
By becoming a registered charity, it will provide us with that additional credibility and will help us with things such as further funding applications which we will need to access in order for us to be able to carry out our functions!
Thank you for your continued support!

Wish I could donate more, but I know every donation helps the appeal get that bit closer to being able to become a fully registered charity.
