What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
On Saturday, January 20th Silent Front and Bruxa Maria were in a van heading to a gig in Paris when they were involved in a horrific accident. The crash left members of both bands with serious injuries, but fortunately everyone survived.
Both bands are now facing considerable costs to pay for medical bills, replace equipment and cover expenses related to the accident. EHIC only covers a portion of the bills they are facing, and it will cost at least £3600 to get Matt Cargill (Bruxa Maria/Sly & The Family Drone) a private ambulance from the hospital in France to one in the UK so he can continue recuperating. We want to help so that they can focus on getting back to full fitness. Giving just a little, or even just sharing this page will help immensely.
ALL funds will go to both the bands. Anything raised that is not needed will be donated to a charity of both bands choice.
