    ***End of Update***

So I am trying to help a local 18 year old out who had his motorcycle stolen.

On the early morning of 24/8/2017 my own motorcycle was stolen but turned out that multiple motorcycles had been stolen from the local area. I had only had my own 4 days and decided to turn to facebook to get information out about it, while doing this I came across a local advert from an 18 year old lad who had his bike stolen the same night.. So I made contact.

Over the next couple of weeks we met up on multiple occasions following leads and checking out the local areas as well as work together with the police --- Sad to say our efforts have so far been fruitless.

Over this time I got to know Simon a bit and found out a little about him :

Only 18 years old / Had only just bought the bike which took him quite some time to save for / Has a baby / Has just moved into his first flat with his girlfriend.

I myself am 33 living with my own small family - but I have had time to accumulate things around me and build up on my life so didn't have too much trouble getting another bike for myself.... Simon on the other hand cannot and I feel for him :(

I am well known on the internet for being a Moderator/Admin for many causes (Game development studios/Facebook MTB pages etc etc) and due to this I was actually offered by a very kind person who has never met me to send me the money to buy a new bike!! Seriously the gesture was incredible! > But I had to decline... I am able to help myself and maybe someone else would be better fitting of getting help : This brings us all here now - To help someone who is more in need.

So my goal is to try my best to help Simon get the funds to get back riding again - So he can get to work to provide for his new family : I am hoping to find anyone else who may feel for this lad and finds it in their hearts to try helping too.

Simon has no idea I am fundraising for him yet and will personally get the motorbike if we achieve the goal and take it too him as a surprise... Pictures/Video etc will be done when it's gifted to him :)

Insurance wise he was only covered for Third-Party ... Reason for this is around our area most providers will only cover for this and won't even offer anything above for 125s... Of those that do the excess is so high it actually outweighs the value of the bike.

So let's see what we can do - Every little helps - and thanks for reading/sharing this if you are not able to contribute financially.

This was when I had the first offer of help : Genuinely he would of given it to me too - We have never ever met in person and he only knows me from being a Moderator. I am Strider in the following convo - This was through Discord in the channel Survive the Nights which is an upcoming PC game being created by A2Z Interactive, I am one of their Moderators
