I am taking part in 3 challenges which will physically push me to the limit!

- starting with a 10k run in Manchester on 20th May 2018

- followed by a 9.5 Country miles Obstacle Race "Nettle Warrior" in Wolverhampton on 28th July 2018

- and to finish with the Half Marathon (13.1mi) in Newcastle on 9th September 2018

I am not a natural runner, so this will be a challenge for me!

I am raising money to support my friend Rob Howard who has been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. The NHS offer no more treatment for him and his family and friends are hoping to raise as much cash as possible to send him for alternative treatment abroad where they can help to fight against this terrible illness.
