Skilts Charity Trust is a small team of volunteers which produce exciting fun ways to raise money for the boys at Skilts School to create memorable experiences and improving important life skills. Skilts School is a specialist school for young children with ESMH (emotional, social and mental health) issues and we place great emphasis on the need of each child to develop the skills to be confident, adaptable, independent and self-disciplined learners within a learning environment that celebrates success, promotes thinking and enables children to feel happy and secure.

As a charity group we raise money to allow us to focus on the precise requirements of each individual child's needs and specific groups to allow us to create the best learning experiences possible to teach our youngsters to believe in themselves and try their hardest at everything they do.

XRunner will take place on 1st April in Derby. X Runner is a ultimate and extreme fun run. This event will challenge the charity team both physically and mentally to try and complete the extreme mud and obstacle course. We have set ourselves a target of £800 and if you can help us achieve this then the Skilts Charity Trust and all the children at Skilts School would be most grateful.
