Story
The Stanford Music Festival will be celebrating it's 18th birthday this year. It is a free festival mainly attended by local residents and their families and featuring in the main local acts. The event is free to ensure it is accessible to everyone.
One of the traditions of the festival is to give up and coming artists an opportunity to appear on a professional stage with all that that entails and to perform to a large audience. Our most famous future star was Louisa Johnson who 3 years later went on to win X Factor in 2015.
With ever increasing costs, over £10,000 this year, it is becoming more difficult to keep it a free event and that is where we would like your help! We would like to raise £2,000 towards the event.
If you normally attend we hope you would like to help us keep the event going and if you can't make it or would like to support our efforts to promote new talent then please consider making a donation, every likely helps.
