We’re partnering with Bradford Mind on their 2.6 challenge. They are encouraging us to be as creative as possible, and suggesting activities like baking 26 cakes or hosting 26 quizzes, even running 26 miles. The idea being to do something either 26 or 2.6 times, and if you can fundraise while you take part even better. You could get sponsored, maybe sell what you make, or just make a donation.

Feel free to choose whatever you’d like to do but if you’d like a suggestion then why not enter our competition focused on boosting your mental health and wellbeing - it's time to walk and snap!

We’re challenging you to take 26 walks over 26 days (or as many as you’re able). The distance and time you walk is up to you. And that’s not all, as well as walking we want you to get snapping too and enter our photo competition. We’re looking for you to take a picture of something you feel captures the spirit of mental wellness and makes you smile. And don't worry if you can't make it outside, why not get up and move around your house. You can do that 26 times. Sure there's something there to make you smile. Up for grabs is a wellbeing hamper and a day off for the winner, plus a day off for our runners up too.
