Story
Thanks for visiting our page. We are volunteers that work alongside the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) and respond to 999 ambulance calls from our homes. We live in the local community and can get to patients in the local area very quickly, often much faster than an ambulance and can start providing life saving treatment.
We cover the areas of Strood, Cuxton, Halling, Snodland, Leybourne, East/West Malling as well as Wouldham and Burham. We deal with cardiac arrests, choking, strokes, seizures, chest pains, asthma attacks and traumas ... to name just a few.
We work alongside the Ambulance Service and are trained by them but we do not receive any funding. In order to do what we do, we need to buy equipment and can only do this by donations and fundraising. The donations you make will go directly to buying life saving kit for someone that lives near you to treat people that live near you.
Please have a look at the SECAmb website to read more about what we do ...
